Buff (Main, Succession) Changed the skill effect as follows. Improved the descriptions accordingly, especially regarding the new Quickened Spell effect. The tiers and skills affected by Prime: Elemental Flow's Quickened Spell effect is as follows. When a designated skill of a given element is on cooldown, quickly activating a skill with the same element reduces the skill's cooldown by 1.5 sec. → If a designated skill of a given element is on cooldown, activating a skill with the same element, depending on its tier and element, reduces the skill's cooldown by 1 to 6 sec according to its type. Buff (Succession) Adjusted the reduction in cooldown when comboing with skills of the same element. When quickly activating skills of the same element, the cooldown of the skill will be reduced by 1.5 seconds instead of 0.5 seconds.
