Bugfix Elion's Blessing – Fixed the issue where using the skill while mounted would display a different effect from the one displayed when using the skill while dismounted on land.
QoL Added the following effect that lasts for 1 minute for the Witch, Wizard skill Protected Area and the Valkyrie skill Elion's Blessing. While the current effect is active, the same effect cannot be applied again.
Bugfix Fixed the issue of nearby party members, guild members, and platoon members having their Processing cancelled when the Valkyrie character uses Heaven's Echo, Elion's Blessing, or Breath of Elion near them while on a mount.
