Bugfix (Talent) Changed how the skill is applied when using the following skills after it: Summer Rain, Do it Better, Shout to the Sky, Time to Shine!, Sun, Moon, Stars Effects will be applied to characters in the front when using the above skills after We're Going to Win! Changed the skill's performance delivery to show more detailed effects. Fixed the issue of the skill effect not being applied even allies are closer to the character after using the following skills: Summer Rain, Do it Better!, Shout to the Sky, Time to Shine!, Sun, Moon, Stars
