   • Buff (Common) Reduced the cooldown: 6 sec4 sec. Changed to immediately trigger a defense effect on blocks. Changed to have a slower transition to other skills when block fails. However, the following skills will remain unchanged: Flow: Oblique Cleave Prime: Cloud General Flow: Cloud Drift Stratus Shift Cloud Shield Changed to allow a longer time for character rotation based on camera direction. Removed camera effects on Wind Shear hits only. Improved to smoothly combo from the following skills. Cloudveil Flow: Twin Slash Chain: Final Slash Flow: Rising Slash Chain: Ricochet Fog Cleave Flow: Oblique Cleave Blade Waltz
