- Bugfix Changed the skills as follows. Changed to no longer be affected by Attack/Casting Speed effects. Base motion speed has been adjusted, accordingly. Black Spirit: Ator's Energy, Black Spirit: Prime: Ator's Energy - Fixed the issue where the debuffs and all Speed reduction effects were being applied abnormally.
