[Buff] (Awakening) Changed the skill as follows. Changed the Casting Speed increase buff: 10% for 10 sec → 20% for 10 sec. (This effect does not stack with that of Speed Spell.) Removed the damage increase buff during Tett's Ascent and changed the skill to apply its damage for pulling attacks as well. Added the Stiffness debuff on pulling hits during Tett's Ascent. Moved the All Evasion Rate reduction on hits debuff to Thunder Storm.
