[QoL] PVE damage will now increase from +10% ~ +40% upon activating the skill Merciless.

[Rework] The Attack Speed of Merciless has been adjusted so that one hit is now around 16% faster.
[QoL] The line “Hold RMB to perform extra attack” has been added to the Skill description of Merciless.
