[Rework] (Main Weapon) Changed so the Recover HP on hit effect no longer applies to allies. Allies will still recover HP if Prime: Noble Will's effect is active. Accordingly, the recover HP effect for self has been consolidated and changed from 160 per hit to 650 per hit.
