[Nerf] Changed the Heilang effect as follows. * Changed Heliang to now always move to your character's side when activating the Heilang effect even if Heilang is targeting your opponent. * Changed the Heilang effect's damage as follows. > All damage applies Heilang's level-based damage x15 → All damage applies Heilang's level-based damage x1, max20 hits * Increased the attack area of the Heilang effect. * Changed the visuals of the Heilang effect. * Changed to now apply Stiffness during the Heilang effect.

[Buff] Made the following changes: - Improved to combo more smoothly into Leaves Dropping, Flow: Gust, Legendary Beast's Power, Cloud Stomping, and Legendary Beast Dance: Echo. - Improved to be able to be activated during cooldown.
[Bugfix] Fixed the issue where the sound effects wouldn't play when using the skill during cooldown.

[Buff] The Heilang: Howling skill can now be used in Main Weapon mode.
[QoL] While using the skill Heilang: Howling, its effect will endure even when skills other than Heilang: Berserk and Absorb Heilang are used.
[QoL] The ‘stiffness on good hits’ effect will apply more quickly for the skill Heilang: Howling.

[Bugfix] Fixed the issue where the skill Heilang: Howling and Command: Attack would be cancelled if Tamer was inflicted a hit during the attack motion.

[Buff] The skill Heilang: Howling has been improved. The skill cooldown has been reduced from 2 mins. to 40 secs. Using the skill would teleport the Heilang to its target now to launch the attack on the aimed target. When using the skill without aiming a target, the Heilang will perform the attack on its spot. Effect applied upon a good hit has been changed from Knockback effect to Stiffness effect. The speed of the skill launched by Heilang has been made slightly faster.
