[Nerf] Made the following changes to Beast Rampage. The attack range of the first to third hits of Beast Rampage will now include all surrounding enemies. Increased the number of hits of Beast Rampage by 2 and hit indication will now match the skill actions. The Critical Hit Rate of all levels of Beast Rampage will be 50%. The below increase to damage stats does apply during the skill's cooldown.
