[Buff] (Common) Removed the Casting Speed increase buff on blocks. Changed Prime: Claws of Darkness's Casting Speed buff when using the skill: +5% for 10 sec -> +10/10/10/15% for 5/5/10/10 sec Improved so you will rotate according to the camera direction when attacking with the skill.
