[Bugfix] Fixed the issue where Fragment of Darkness were not recovered when comboing into other skills quickly while the skill was on cooldown.

[Nerf] Given that the PvP damage of when instantly activating Prime: Abyssal Flame in certain situations was changed from cumulative damage to normal damage, the relevant damage decreased by 35% compared to before.
