[Bugfix] (Main Weapon, Succession) Improved to combo more smoothly into Shock Relay. Added "Down Attack Damage +10% for 5 sec." Fixed the issue where the skill would be activated quickly only when you've acquired Core: Upsurge. Changed to be activated as a forward attack skill when comboing with Seize.
