Changed to recover 200 HP when using the skill. Consuming Martial Spirits will recover 300 HP when using the skill. This includes cases when instantly performing the skill. Changed to now consume 2 Martial Spirits to apply the Sea Dragon effect upon gathering 2 Martial Spirits. Changed so you can now only combo into Flash Ship after fully charging the skill.
