[Nerf] Changed the PvP damage reduction rate of the Sea Dragon effect. - PvP damage reduction of the Sea Dragon effect: 61% → 55.5%
[Bugfix] Fixed the issue where one less number of hits would be applied for normal attacks and Sea Dragon attacks after learning Core: Rising Dragon.
