[Buff] Improved skill so now recovers additional shards when using Succession skills consecutively for 2 times instead of 3.

[Rework] For Mystic after Succession, we have focused on expanding the use of certain skills and on decreasing the burden that the Martial Spirit Shard creates on your play. Based on our Mystic players' opinion that skills such as Prime: Hidden Claw, Prime: Fist Fury, etc., are underused, we have adjusted these skills so that they could be more useful when advancing or retreating. Also, we have decided to decrease the number of Martial Spirit Shard spent for Crouching Wolf to allow stronger combos since the skill required too many shards when the process through which the character builds up and uses the Martial Spirit Shards by connecting the skills quickly is important for Mystic.

[QoL] Martial Spirit Shard now recovers when successfully landing a hit with the Fallout skill.

[Bugfix] Fixed the issue where the skill Tidal Burst IV did not obtain a Martial Spirit Shard.
