[Bugfix] (Main, Succession) Fixed the issue where the last attack did not combo into other skills when using the skill to the left while not activating the Ultimate version of the skill.

[Bugfix] (Main & Succession) Changed so the recover HP per hit effect occurs even without Tiger Blade drawn. Changed the recover HP per hit amount: 12 → 55 This effect has been changed to no longer occur during cooldown. Fixed the issue where the recover WP effect was not applied on hit during its cooldown.
