[QoL] When using the Unveiled Dagger II skill during cooldown, the damage will now be properly applied.
[Buff] The hit damage dealt by the Unveiled Dagger skill has been increased. However, the skill will now deal less damage during PvP and cooldown.

[Rework] It has been changed that cooldown would not reset upon using the skill Unveiled Dagger after using Dusk.
