[Bugfix] (Main Weapon) Fixed the issue where the skill would only fully activate when both LMB and RMB were pressed for the entire duration of the skill.

[QoL] The Knockback effect of Raging Thunder I–II and the Knockdown effect of Raging Thunder III–VI and Absolute: Raging Thunder will now be PvE only.
[Buff] Added a Super Armor effect to Raging Thunder I–VI and Absolute: Raging Thunder and reduced the PvP damage of Absolute: Raging Thunder by 11%.
[QoL] Added text about using Raging Thunder after Shake Off or Evasion. Doing the above combo will not activate a Super Armor effect but a Knockdown effect instead.

[Rework] The command for the skill Raging Thunder has been changed to the following: LMB + RMB to use skill, and then LMB to trigger the final hit.
[Bugfix] Fixed the tooltip for the skill Raging Thunder to be more accurate.
