[Bugfix] (Main, Succession) Fixed the issue where Down Attack and Counter Attack debuffs weren't being applied in Beast Form for the 1st/2nd and 3rd hits, respectively. Fixed the description to better reflect Beast Form's effects on the skill.

[QoL] The skill tooltip of the skill Elastic Force has been edited to match the actual effect of the skill. Pushes the target on good mounted hit → Pushes the target on good hits while mounted (PvE Only) ”WP will recover by +5” added.Added the text “If the skill is used with not enough WP, WP will recover by +5” to the skill tooltip of the skill Fierce Strike so that it would match with the actual skill effect.
