[Buff] (Main Weapon) Changed the skill as follows: Changed so it cannot be used during cooldown. Accordingly, cooldown has been reduced from 7 sec → 6 sec. Changed to be a separate skill instead of a flow skill of Full Bloom. Damage has been adjusted accordingly, and Skill Add-ons are now available. Removed the reduction of movement speed on hits. Added Stiffness (PvP only) on hits.
